Can ancient herbs and oils stop recurring UTIs?

NCT ID NCT04747041

Summary

This small pilot study is testing a two-part plant-based treatment for women who get frequent bladder infections (cystitis). The treatment first uses antibacterial essential oils to treat an active infection, then uses a mix of medicinal plants over several months to try to prevent future infections. The main goal is to see if participants can stick to the treatment plan and if it reduces their need for antibiotics over a year.
