Herbal rinse may ease sinus surgery recovery

Summary
This study tests if a Chinese herbal nasal rinse can help people recover after sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis. About 80 adults who have had sinus surgery will use the herbal rinse or a placebo for two months. The goal is to see if it improves symptoms and quality of life without causing harm.
