Summary
This study looks at whether a special herbal medicine plan can safely help people with long-term low back pain. About 150 adults aged 19 to 69 who have had back pain for over 3 months will receive either the herbal treatment or standard Korean medicine. The goal is to see if the herbs reduce pain and help with daily activities better than usual care.
