Summary
This study tested whether a herbal capsule made from purslane and spiny amaranth could reduce bleeding and other symptoms in people with grade II internal hemorrhoids. It compared the herbal treatment to a standard medication called Diosmin (Daflon). 172 participants took either the herbal capsules or the standard pills for 28 days, while also following diet and lifestyle advice.
