NCT ID NCT07481552

First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tested two simple, drug-free ways to reduce period pain in 100 women aged 18-35. One group used a desert plant called Anastatica hierochuntica, and the other practiced a special breathing technique. Both methods were done on the first day of their period for three months. The results showed that both approaches helped lessen pain and improve daily life.
