New scan could match breast cancer patients to the right drug

Summary
This study is for people with advanced breast cancer that has spread. It tests a special PET scan that looks for a protein called HER2 on cancer cells. The goal is to see if this scan can better predict who will benefit from a targeted drug called T-DXd, helping doctors choose the right treatment and avoid unnecessary side effects. About 70 participants will receive the scan and then treatment based on the results.
