New radioactive therapy targets Hard-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new radioactive drug called [177Lu]Lu-ABY-271 in people with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to check safety and see where the drug travels in the body. About 21 participants will receive the drug to help determine if it can be developed further.
