Summary
This early-stage study aims to find the safest and most effective dose of two drugs—trastuzumab deruxtecan and neratinib—when used together. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery and have specific changes in the HER2 gene. The main goal is to understand the side effects and determine the best dose before testing in larger groups.
