New hope for hard-to-treat cancers: triple-drug combo targets HER2-positive tumors

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (trastuzumab, serplulimab, and chemotherapy) in 20 adults with advanced bile duct or bladder cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and improve survival. Participants must have HER2-overexpressing tumors and be between 18 and 75 years old.
