First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study is for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific change called HER2 (mutation, amplification, or overexpression) and has gotten worse after at least one prior treatment. Participants will receive two drugs, SHR-A1811 and pertuzumab, to see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow the cancer's growth. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, and researchers will monitor side effects and how long the benefit lasts.
