Summary
This study tests a 12-week course of the drug Sofosbuvir/Velpatasvir in about 100 pregnant people with chronic hepatitis C. The goal is to see if the treatment can cure the virus before delivery and whether it affects the timing of birth. Mothers are followed for 12 weeks after treatment, and infants are monitored for one year. The study aims to find a safe way to treat hepatitis C during pregnancy.
