First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a single dose of a new antibody (HepB mAb19) in 37 adults with chronic hepatitis B who are already on standard antiviral pills. The main goals are to check safety and how the body processes the antibody, while also looking at its ability to lower virus levels. Participants must have had stable hepatitis B for at least 6 months and be on ongoing antiviral therapy.
