New HEP therapy aims to boost motor skills in babies with down syndrome

Summary

This study tests a new approach called HEP (Homeostasis-Enrichment-Plasticity) to see if it helps babies with Down syndrome develop motor and sensory skills better than traditional therapy. About 26 infants aged 4-12 months will take part in 12 sessions. Researchers will measure progress using standard developmental tests.
