Summary
This study compares a newer surgical technique (low excision and high suspension) to the standard Milligan-Morgan procedure for people with severe grade III-IV mixed hemorrhoids. The goal is to see which surgery provides better symptom relief and lower chance of hemorrhoids coming back within a year. The trial will involve 120 adults who have not improved with other treatments.
