Summary
This study looked at two different surgeries for grade III hemorrhoids: open hemorrhoidectomy and transanal hemorrhoidal desarterialization (THD). The goal was to see which one reduces symptoms like pain, bleeding, and itching one year after surgery. Fifty adults took part, and they filled out symptom forms before and after their procedure.
