Summary
This study tests a new recombinant clotting factor (rVIII-SingleChain) in 60 Chinese males with severe hemophilia A. Participants receive the treatment 2-3 times weekly to prevent bleeding episodes. The goal is to see how well it works and if it is safe, including checking for side effects like allergic reactions or inhibitors that block the treatment.
