Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called Hemay005 in 120 adults with moderate to severe COPD. The goal is to see if it can reduce lung inflammation and improve breathing compared to a placebo or an existing drug. Participants will take the drug for several weeks and have their sputum and blood tested for markers of inflammation.
