New program aims to speed recovery for seniors after powerful cancer treatment

NCT ID NCT06052826

Summary

This study tests whether a personalized support plan helps older adults with blood cancers recover physical function faster after CAR-T cell therapy. Researchers will compare two groups: one receiving standard care and one receiving extra support including physical therapy, nutrition guidance, and brain health education. The goal is to reduce treatment side effects and help patients 60+ regain strength and independence more quickly after this intensive cancer treatment.
