Summary

This trial tests whether a daily supplement called Hello Burn Activate can support metabolic health in women aged 25-45 who struggle with weight management and body confidence. Over 12 weeks, participants take one capsule each morning and answer questionnaires about their perceived metabolic health, body confidence, and overall well-being. The study aims to see if the supplement helps improve these self-reported measures.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only, not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance
A dietary supplement containing heat-treated Bifidobacterium animalis lactis BPL1, inulin, and medium-chain triglycerides, taken once daily for 12 weeks.
What this could lead to
If successful, this supplement could offer a simple daily option to support metabolic health and body confidence in women struggling with weight management.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage trial with no placebo group, and outcomes are based on self-reported feelings rather than objective measures, so results may not be conclusive.
