NCT ID NCT06057181
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 20, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study aims to build a research network of up to 2 million adults to collect genetic data (exome sequencing) and health information. The goal is to discover how genes influence disease risk, progression, and treatment response. Participants may be recontacted for future studies. This is an observational effort, not a treatment trial.

What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
What this could lead to
If successful, this could help identify genetic markers for many diseases, leading to better risk prediction and personalized treatments.
What could go wrong
This is an observational study, not a treatment trial. It may take years to yield actionable results, and findings may not apply to all populations.
Conditions
The condition(s) this trial relates to.
As listed by the trial registrant
The condition terms exactly as the trial's registrant entered them.
