Summary
This study tests a procedure called radiofrequency ablation for people with chronic heel pain that hasn't improved with other treatments like exercise, pads, or injections. Using ultrasound guidance, a small needle delivers heat to a nerve in the heel to reduce pain. The study includes 31 adults and measures pain and function for 3 months after the procedure.
