Can a Heat-Powered massage gun ease chronic back pain?

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a special heat massage treatment to standard physical therapy helps people with long-term low back pain. 48 participants will receive two weeks of standard exercise and electrical nerve stimulation therapy. Half will also get an 8-minute heat massage treatment after each session. Researchers will measure changes in pain, ability to move, and quality of life after the two-week program.
