Summary
This study aims to see if a new type of advanced heart scan can better identify dangerous, fatty buildups (plaques) in the arteries of people with diabetes. Researchers will follow over 1,500 participants for two years to see if the scan results can predict who is most likely to have serious heart problems like a heart attack. The goal is to improve early detection and potentially guide future prevention strategies.
