NCT ID NCT06550297
Summary
This study is testing if a program that provides free, healthy meals and heart-healthy cooking lessons can help people with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure eat better and improve their health. It will involve 160 people in New York City who are at risk for heart disease. Researchers want to see if adding education and culturally relevant recipes to the meal program makes it more effective and sustainable.
