Summary

This study looks at how to best help people with serious mental illness take part in a heart disease risk reduction program called IDEAL Goals. Researchers will compare different support methods, like coaching and extra help, to see which works best. About 72 staff from community mental health programs in Michigan and Maryland will be involved.
