NCT ID NCT07158515
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a specially designed cardiac rehabilitation program offered in a safety net clinic helps more people attend rehab compared to the usual referral to an outside program. About 100 adults who need heart rehab after a heart attack, surgery, or for heart failure will take part. The goal is to see if making rehab easier to access and more tailored increases participation and completion.
