New heart device implanted without major surgery in trial
NCT ID NCT06920030
Summary
This study is testing a new, less invasive way to implant a heart device called the C-MIC System. The device delivers tiny electrical currents to the heart to try to improve its pumping strength in people with specific types of heart failure. About 22 participants will have the device implanted and turned on for 6 months while continuing their regular heart medications, to see if it improves their heart function.
