Summary

This study aims to collect information from 11,000 patients who have had a heart attack or heart injury. Researchers will look at past and future patient records to better understand these conditions, how they are treated, and what happens to patients over time. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help improve future care, but this study does not test any new treatments.
