Inclusion Criteria: * history of MI and/or ACVA of any remoteness; * visit to the outpatient clinic for any reason during the period from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2022; * age 18 years or older; * the presence of informed consent for the processing of personal data in the outpatient medical record; * permanent residence in the city where the register is being established. Exclusion Criteria: * non-compliance with the inclusion criteria.
