Summary
This study tests whether gently cooling patients during a life-saving heart procedure can reduce permanent heart damage and improve survival. It focuses on people having a severe heart attack who have gone into shock and need advanced life support. Researchers will compare outcomes between patients who receive the cooling therapy and those who receive standard care.
