Summary
This study is creating a large registry to track the long-term health of 5,000 people who had a heart attack. It aims to understand how well patients do over time after receiving different treatments like medication, stents, or bypass surgery. The goal is to gather knowledge to improve future care by seeing which treatments lead to the best long-term survival and fewest complications.
