Summary

This study looks at why some people, especially older adults and women, feel dizzy or faint when standing up. Researchers will use a special chamber to safely mimic standing up and measure how the heart and blood vessels work together. They will also test if squeezing a handgrip can help prevent blood pressure drops. The goal is to better understand this condition and find simple ways to manage it.
