Summary
This study tests whether a new noise reduction feature in Phonak hearing aids helps adults with moderate to severe hearing loss understand speech better in noisy settings. About 21 participants will compare Phonak devices with a competitor's device in a lab and a real café. The goal is to see if the feature improves word recognition and listening comfort.
