Summary
This study tested a program to help high school students build healthier habits around nutrition, sleep, physical activity, screen use, and hygiene. About 350 students in grades 9-11 took part. Researchers measured changes in their beliefs about healthy living, screen addiction, and hygiene behaviors to see if the program worked.
