Summary
This study tests a nutrition program designed with input from students, parents, teachers, and canteen staff in 52 schools across India and Nepal. About 2600 adolescents aged 11-15 will participate. Researchers will measure weight, diet, and activity levels before and after the program to see if it helps more teens achieve a healthy weight and improve eating habits.
