Summary
This study tests a program called Tu Salud Si Cuenta designed to help Latino families eat more fruits and vegetables and get more physical activity. About 80 adults will receive six monthly home visits from a community health worker who will teach them skills like goal-setting and problem-solving. The goal is to see if this approach can lead to lasting healthy habits that may help prevent cancer and improve quality of life.
