Inclusion Criteria: 1. For quantitative survey : French speaking patient entering Bordet Institute. 2. For interventional mixed-methods study : French speaking adult cancer survivor patients who have completed active cancer treatment. Individuals in remission or undergoing long-term long term oral therapy. Exclusion Criteria: 1. For quantitative survey: * Not to have or have had cancer ; * Have already answered to this survey before. 2. For interventional mixed-methods study : Patients currently undergoing active cancer treatment
