Listening to healthcare heroes: what helps them return to work?

Summary
This study aims to understand the experiences of healthcare professionals who are on sick leave or have recently returned to work. Researchers will interview 60 workers in Belgium to learn about the challenges they face and the support they need during their recovery and return. The goal is to gather information that can help hospitals and clinics create better policies to support their staff's return to work.
