Summary
This study looks at a new phone service in Le Havre that helps people find the right healthcare quickly. When you call, a trained assistant decides if you need emergency help or can see a regular doctor, often within 48 hours. The goal is to see if this service reduces unnecessary trips to the emergency room. About 9,280 callers will take part, and their experiences will be compared to the old system.
