Summary
This study is testing whether a web-based group program called Health Web Te@m can help older adults age healthily. Researchers will work with 27 retired adults aged 65 and older in northern Sweden to see if the program is easy to use and helpful. The goal is to understand if this approach could be used in primary healthcare to support healthy ageing.
