Summary
This small pilot study tested a six-session exercise program called Health Through Activity in 5 adults with multiple myeloma who were on maintenance therapy and had trouble with daily activities due to their health. The goal was to see if the program was feasible and if it could help improve physical function and quality of life. The study focused on whether people would join and complete the program, and how satisfied they were.
