Summary
This study tested a 12-week health management program for 60 older adults (65+) living in temporary container homes after the February 2023 earthquakes in Turkey. The program included personalized exercise, nutrition advice, and lifestyle counseling. Participants who received the program showed improvements in balance, physical activity, and mental health compared to those who received no active intervention. The findings suggest that structured support can help vulnerable seniors recover after disasters.
