Summary
This study is a survey to understand how health knowledge and skills affect the daily management of type 2 diabetes. It will enroll 5,000 people living with diabetes and their family members to complete a questionnaire. The goal is to learn how a family's understanding of health influences diabetes care, which could help improve future support programs.
