Can health coaches help formerly incarcerated people get better care?

NCT ID NCT05605054

Summary

This study is testing whether teaching health skills helps adults who have been involved with the justice system get better access to healthcare. Researchers will compare two teaching methods: one with a personal health coach and one using self-guided online materials. They want to see if these lessons help people get health insurance, find a regular doctor, and use healthcare services more often.
