Summary
This study compares two health education programs for adults aged 65 and older: one led by trained peers and the other by nurses. About 108 participants will take part in 12-week programs focused on health promotion and prevention. Researchers will measure changes in health behaviors, self-efficacy, and health-seeking habits to see which approach works better.
