Summary

This study tests if adding health coaching to regular home visiting services helps pregnant and new moms lose weight gained during pregnancy. The goal is to reduce long-term risks for heart disease and diabetes. Researchers will enroll 360 women who are overweight before pregnancy and follow them for 6 months after giving birth.
