First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether a 10-week psychoeducational program focusing on health behaviors can help women with Functional Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (FHA) restore their menstrual cycles and hormone levels. 70 women aged 18-42 will either take part in the program or receive usual care, and be followed for 9 months. The goal is to see if the structured support leads to better recovery than standard treatment.
