Summary
This study aimed to understand how having headaches affects other aspects of health. Researchers surveyed 132 adults to see if headaches were linked to sleep problems, increased pain sensitivity (central sensitization), and higher levels of depression, anxiety, and stress. The goal was to gather knowledge to help improve future treatment approaches for people with headaches.
