New drug combo aims to control tough head & neck cancers

Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of three drugs (sintilimab, nimotuzumab, and chemotherapy) followed by radiation can better control locally advanced head and neck cancer. It will involve about 23 adults who have not had prior treatment for this cancer. The main goal is to see if this approach can control the cancer while preserving the voice box.
