New Two-Drug combo tested in battle against tough head and neck cancers

Summary
This study is testing whether adding two new drugs (SI-B001 and SI-B003) to standard platinum chemotherapy works better as a first treatment for people with advanced head and neck cancer that has returned or spread. The main goal is to see if this combination shrinks tumors safely in about 60 participants. Researchers will also track how long the treatment keeps the cancer from getting worse and monitor side effects.
